If the customer doesn’t respond within 2 business days, Master Beauty Co. may cancel the order and apply restocking fees. Flammable items are shipped via ground only and cannot be shipped outside the U.S. Bulk items incur a flat rate ground fee regardless of order size.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Master Beauty Co. may modify or charge additional shipping fees based on courier costs. The shipping cutoff is 2:00 PM PST, Monday – Friday. Orders over $700 may require a signature and will be insured, with carrier selection at Master Beauty Co.’s discretion (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Weekend shipping or delivery is unavailable for 2nd Day, 3rd Day, and Overnight methods. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day. Specific delivery instructions or gate codes cannot be listed. International shipping is available but subject to change based on customs and courier discretion. Large items and select orders/accounts may not qualify for free shipping.
CUSTOMS FEES & CHARGES:
Master Beauty Co. is not responsible for customs fees. If an order is returned due to refusal of customs payment, shipping costs both ways will be deducted from the refund, and restocking fees may apply.
ADDRESS CHANGE
Address Change: A $23.50 fee applies to orders with incorrect addresses. If the order has shipped, the courier may not be able to process the change. If delivered to the wrong address, retrieval isn’t guaranteed, and Master Beauty Co. is not responsible for reimbursement or replacement. Master Beauty Co. is not liable for orders placed with incorrect addresses.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be emailed once the item is handed to the carrier.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled during processing, but once packed and shipped, cancellations are not allowed. For Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, & Google Pay payments, a 3%-10% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from refunds, based on the order size.
SHIPPING LIMITS & FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Flammable items are shipped via ground within the U.S. and Canada only. “FLAMMABLE / Ground Shipping Only” or “Final Sale” will appear under the product in your cart if applicable.
